1. Platform Overview

HumbleLead is an online connection platform that helps customers locate and connect with independent local service providers.

HumbleLead does not directly perform services requested by customers and does not act as a contractor, subcontractor, employer, agency, or representative of any provider using the platform.

2. Independent Providers

All service providers listed on HumbleLead operate as independent third-party businesses.

Providers are solely responsible for:

Licensing compliance
Insurance coverage
Business registration compliance
Pricing decisions
Communication with customers
Scheduling and availability
Workmanship quality
Completion of services

HumbleLead does not supervise, control, manage, or direct providers.

3. No Guarantees

By using HumbleLead, users acknowledge that HumbleLead does not guarantee:

Provider availability
Provider response time
Service completion
Service quality
Provider licensing status
Provider insurance status
Pricing accuracy
Appointment scheduling
Customer satisfaction

Submission of a service request does not guarantee acceptance by any provider.

4. Limitation of Liability

HumbleLead shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

Provider misconduct
Property damage
Personal injury
Missed appointments
Pricing disputes
Unsatisfactory workmanship
Fraudulent provider behavior
Customer-provider contract disputes
Delays or service interruptions

All agreements made between customers and providers exist independently of HumbleLead.

5. Platform Use

Users agree to use HumbleLead only for legitimate local service requests.

HumbleLead reserves the right to reject requests, remove accounts, or restrict access for abusive or suspicious activity.

6. Intellectual Property

The HumbleLead platform, website design, software systems, logos, branding, routing systems, and associated technology remain the intellectual property of HumbleLead.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial duplication is prohibited.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By using HumbleLead, registering as a provider, or submitting a service request, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service.

Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing agreement to these terms.
