HumbleLead Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

HumbleLead exists to connect customers with legitimate local service providers for lawful service-related requests.

To maintain platform integrity, all users must follow this Acceptable Use Policy when using HumbleLead services.

2. Legitimate Platform Use

Users agree to submit only genuine service requests related to legitimate services supported by the HumbleLead platform.

Users may not intentionally misuse the platform, interfere with platform systems, or submit requests unrelated to real service needs.

3. Prohibited Requests

The following requests are prohibited and may be automatically rejected or blocked:

Illegal services or criminal activity
Violence-related requests
Fraud or deceptive requests
Requests involving weapons or illegal substances
Sexual services or explicit services
Harassment or abusive submissions
Automated spam submissions
Repeated duplicate requests intended to overload platform systems
Non-legitimate service requests submitted as jokes or abuse
Requests unrelated to supported service categories

4. Automated Filtering Systems

HumbleLead may use automated moderation systems, artificial intelligence systems, request validation tools, and spam detection systems to review submitted requests.

Requests may be delayed, rejected, or blocked automatically if platform systems determine the request violates platform standards.

HumbleLead reserves the right to reject requests without explanation.

5. Platform Abuse

Users may not attempt to abuse, manipulate, reverse engineer, disrupt, or intentionally interfere with HumbleLead systems.

Prohibited actions include:

Automated bot submissions
Repeated spam requests
Circumventing request filters
Attempting to exploit AI classification systems
Testing system weaknesses without authorization
Attempting unauthorized access to platform systems
Malicious traffic generation

6. Account Restriction Rights

HumbleLead reserves the right to suspend, block, restrict, remove, or permanently ban users who violate this policy.

These actions may occur without warning when abuse is detected.

7. Intellectual Property Protection

Users may not copy, scrape, duplicate, reverse engineer, or commercially reproduce any HumbleLead systems, software, AI logic, provider routing systems, branding, or platform design.

Unauthorized duplication of HumbleLead technology is prohibited.

8. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in account restriction, permanent removal from the platform, legal action, or reporting to appropriate authorities when required by law.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By using HumbleLead, submitting service requests, registering as a provider, or interacting with platform systems, users agree to this policy.
